How the website and secure services handle account, enquiry, upload, project, email and analytics information.
Information and purpose
ScorpE uses contact details to respond to enquiries, administer accounts, provide requested services and protect the platform. Form contents, model filenames, project titles and applicant records are not marketing analytics data.
Private files
Print models and project files are available only to the owner and specifically authorized ScorpE personnel. They are not used for AI training, demonstration, marketing or portfolio work without separate written opt-in.
Access and retention
Access, download, processing and deletion events are auditable. Retention follows the approved category, contract and legal-hold rules; production settings must be confirmed before live service.
Rights requests
The production privacy/security contact remains a launch configuration item. Until counsel approves a dedicated address, contact sales@scorpelec.com for routing.
